Adjusting Quantities and Selecting Optional Items
Once you have accessed your quote, you may have the ability to add optional items or adjust quantities before accepting the quote.
Adding Optional Items
Some quotes include optional products or services that are not selected by default. To include an optional item in your order, select the checkbox located to the left of the item.
Note: Optional items will only be included in the purchase if they are selected when the quote is accepted.
Adjusting Quantities
Where permitted, product quantities can be modified directly within the quote. Editable quantities will appear in a quantity field beside the product.
To change the quantity:
- Locate the quantity field next to the item.
- Enter the desired quantity.
- Review the updated quote totals.
Important: Changing a quantity does not automatically update an existing order. The updated quantity will only be applied if the quote is accepted after the change has been made.
