Asking Questions About Your Quote

If you have questions about any aspect of your quote, you can contact the Reis Informatica Team directly from within the quote before making a decision.

Submitting a Question

  1. Open your quote in the quote portal.
  2. Select the Ask a Question option.
    1. This is the Chat Bubble Icon in the top right corner of the quote screen
  3. Enter your question or additional details in the message field.
  4. Submit your inquiry by selecting Send

Tip: Providing specific details about the item or section of the quote you are referencing will help our team respond more quickly and accurately.

After You Submit a Question

Once a question has been submitted:

  • The Reis Informatica Team will review your inquiry.
  • A response will be provided to you directly from the team. 
  • You can return to your quote after receiving a response to continue reviewing, updating quantities, selecting optional items, or making your final decision.
Note: Asking a question does not accept or decline the quote. Your quote will remain open for review until you choose to accept or decline it, or until it reaches its expiration date.
