Accepting or Declining Your Quote
After reviewing your quote, selecting any optional items, adjusting quantities, and asking any questions you may have, you can submit your final decision by accepting or declining the quote.
Accepting a Quote
To proceed with the purchase:
- Review the quote details carefully.
- Confirm any optional items and quantity changes are correct.
- Read and agree to the Terms of Service
- Select Accept Quote.
- Enter your full name
- A digital signature can be created automatically or you can draw one.
- Enter your Purchase Order number, if you require one as part of your internal process
- Select Accept.
Once the quote has been accepted, the Reis Informatica Procurement team will be notified and will begin processing your order.
Declining a Quote
If you choose not to proceed with the purchase:
- Select Decline Quote.
- Enter your full name
- A digital signature can be created automatically or you can draw one.
- Provide a reason for declining the quote.
- Select Decline.
Providing a reason for declining a quote helps our team understand your decision and improve future recommendations.
What Happens Next?
If You Accept the Quote
- Your acceptance is recorded.
- The Reis Informatica Procurement team is notified.
- Order processing can begin based on the approved quote.
If You Decline the Quote
- The quote is marked as declined.
- The Reis Informatica Procurement team is notified of your decision.
- No order will be processed from the declined quote.
